How to fund your company wallets
XTRM offers multiple flexible options to fund your company wallets. Funds can come directly from your financial institution, customers, or partners—whether you're managing a few payments or thousands of inbound transactions.
a. Bank Debit (Pull from Your Bank)
This method allows XTRM to pull funds directly from your company’s bank account via bank debit. Unlike ACH credit or wire transfers (which you initiate from your bank portal), we contact your financial institution and request the funds on your behalf. This method is easy to set up and ideal for recurring or automated funding.
b. Credit or Debit Card
Fund your wallet instantly using a company credit or debit card. This method is fast and convenient, though transaction fees apply. Recommended for smaller or time-sensitive top-ups.
c. Fund wallets with a bank transfer
This method gives you full control to fund your wallet by sending funds directly from your company’s bank account, typically via WIRE or ACH. To help us match your transfer quickly, we recommend logging into your account and submitting an advance notice of the incoming payment. You can also request an invoice if you’d like one generated before initiating the transfer.
3. Send Funds Using Simple Send
Simple Send is a quick and easy way to send a single payment to any individual or company, worldwide, in any currency. This feature is ideal for one-off payments and is accessible through the XTRM platform.
4. Send Funds Using Mass Payments
XTRM’s Mass Payment feature allows you to send payments to thousands of individuals or companies quickly and efficiently using a structured file upload. This method supports payouts to up to 5,000 recipients in a single batch, making it ideal for large-scale disbursements such as incentive programs, rewards, commissions, or partner payments.
5. Pull Reports
XTRM provides a comprehensive suite of standard reports that enable you to view and download detailed transaction data. These reports are ideal for financial analysis and can be easily integrated with other systems or software. With built-in reporting tools, you can track transactions, monitor wallet balances, and audit activity efficiently.
6. Resend Email Alerts to Recipients
XTRM allows you to resend payment notification emails to recipients in the event they missed or did not receive the original email. This is particularly useful for ensuring the recipient is aware of a payment and can take the necessary steps to claim or process the funds.
