FUND005 - Fund wallets using credit or debit cards

This guide outlines how to fund your company wallet using a credit or debit card. This method is fast, secure, and available to companies that have been approved for Advanced Services.

Requirements Before You Begin

Before using this method, your account must be Advanced Services Approved.

Steps to Fund Your Wallet

1. Log in to your XTRM company account.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Fund.
3. From the dropdown, select Credit or Debit Card.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.

What to Expect

1. Instant Wallet Funding

• If the transaction amount is within your instant funding limit, your wallet will be credited immediately.

2. Pending Wallet Funding

• If the transaction exceeds your instant limit, it will be marked as Pending.
• This review process is in place to help prevent fraud.
• Approvals typically occur within 12 hours.
• Once approved, the transaction will switch to Completed, and your wallet will be funded.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
