This document provides instructions on how to fund your company wallet using a credit or debit card.

How to Fund Your Wallet with a Credit or Debit Card

To start, ensure you have approval for Advanced Services. Once approved, you can fund your wallet either by credit/debit card or directly from your bank. For details visit More Info

Steps to Fund Your Wallet

1. Navigate to the left menu and click on Fund.
2. From the dropdown list, select Credit or Debit Card.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Depending on the amount you're funding, one of two outcomes will occur:

1. Instant Wallet Funding:

If the amount is within your instant funding limit, the funds will be credited to your wallet immediately.

2. Pending Wallet Funding:

For amounts exceeding the instant funding limit, the transaction will show a Pending status, awaiting approval. This precaution helps prevent fraud. Approval for larger transactions typically takes up to 12 hours. You will receive an approval email once completed and your wallet will be funded.
