Transfer Processing Delays
In rare cases, a previous transfer may remain incomplete due to processing delays. While that transfer is still being processed, no additional transfers can be initiated from your wallet. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.
Once the pending transfer is completed, you will be able to resume transferring funds as normal. If the previous transfer is unsuccessful for any reason, the full amount will be credited back to your wallet, allowing you to initiate the transfer again.
