FEES003 — Beneficiary Company Transfer Fees

Xtrm provides flexible payout options for beneficiaries transferring funds out of their Xtrm wallets. Transfer fees vary based on the destination country, currency, speed requirement, and chosen payout method:

• Bank Account / Financial Institution (EFT, Wire, Instant Debit)

• Virtual or Plastic Visa / Mastercard Debit Cards

• Physical Bank Check

• Gift Cards

Transfer Speed Options

1. Free (Standard): 3 to 5 business days (via local payment networks like EFT, ACH, or SEPA).

2. Wire: 1 to 2 business days.

3. Instant: Processing within minutes via linked debit card or digital rewards.

Note: Availability of transfer options depends on your country and account currency. If Free or Instant methods are not supported in a specific region, Wire Transfer will be the default option. Processing times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to international banking regulations beyond Xtrm’s control.
