FUND007 - Funding bank details and setting default wallets

Overview

Your Funding Bank details can be found at the top of your home page and in more detail under the Fund left menu section. This gives your organization the bank information required to transfer money into your XTRM account to fund your wallets. This comprises routing number (or international equivalent) and account number (IBAN or local country account number). You can then transfer in funds using a Bank Wire or EFT (such as ACH) from your existing business bank accounts. 

Note: For funding to be activated you must have completed and submitted the advanced services application and have been approved.

You can also set the currency-specific default wallet to be funded when money is received into your funding bank account. This wallet will be the one funded by default unless a different wallet ID is specified when payment data is submitted via mass pay files or the API.

Detailed:

1. Navigate to the Fund section in the left menu.

2. Select Funding Banks to view your organization’s unique funding bank details.

3. Use these banks details to fund your account default wallet via wire or EFT.

Setting a currency-specific default wallet:  

You can designate a currency-specific default wallet to receive funds automatically when money is sent to your funding bank account. Note: Only one default wallet can be set per currency.

There are two ways to do this:

Option 1: Via Funding Methods

1. Click Fund in the left menu and then Funding Methods. 
2. Select Yes or No in the Default column
3. Select the default wallet and save. 

Option 2: Via Wallets Section

1. Click Wallets in the left menu.
2. Select the wallet you want to designate as the default for a specific currency.
3. Click Edit from the menu.
4. Set the Default Bank option or Link New Bank for Transfer, then click Done.

Both options will set your default funding wallet
