COMPANY022 - How to customize system emails

System emails sent by the XTRM system notify users or companies about various completed tasks. These emails typically include links and references to xtrm.com for support and system information.


If you are a customer or partner and wish to change the email content to reflect your brand or that of a customer, follow these steps:

  1. Access Settings:
    • Click the settings cog or the ellipsis (three dots) in the top far right corner of the screen.
  2. Customize Emails:
    • Select the "Custom Emails" button.

This allows you to modify the system email content to suit your branding needs.





System emails are divided into editable elements to allow for customization while ensuring mandatory information is retained. Certain data, such as regulatory information, must remain unchanged


You can edit these elements and test them by emailing yourself. 






When submitting mass payment files, please let us know that you would like us to utilize the custom email. 


We will be adding more system emails over the next few months. If there is a specific email you would like to edit, please let us know by emailing support@xtrm.com.
