USER002 - Login Issues

Modified on Wed, 11 Sep at 8:20 AM

If you are having problems logging in, here are a few tips:

  • Password Security: XTRM does not have access to view or change passwords. They are secure and encrypted. Therefore, we will never ask for your password over the phone or via email.

  • Single Sign-On Users: If you are using single sign-on (SSO) from another system and want to log in directly at www.xtrm.com, you must reset your password, as it has not been set up for direct logins.

If you are not receiving the password reset email:

Our reset emails are sent instantly. If you haven’t received it, the issue may be related to your email system. Please:
  • Check your spam folder.
  • Ensure that your IT department and Internet Service Provider (ISP) are not blocking emails from @xtrm.com or its subdomains.

Tips to resolve login issues:

  1. Email Verification: Ensure you are using the correct email address associated with your XTRM account. We do not notify you if the email doesn’t exist for security reasons.

  2. Password Requirements: Your password should be at least 8 characters long and include a number, a capital letter, or a special character.

  3. Reset Instructions: If you’ve forgotten your password, click here to reset it or follow the instructions provided. If the email doesn’t appear, check your spam folder or ask your IT department to verify that emails from @xtrm.com are not being blocked.

  4. Expired Reset Emails: If the reset email arrives but has expired, it’s usually due to delays on your end. Contact support@xtrm.com if you encounter this issue or consult with your internal IT.

  5. Multiple Accounts: If your email is associated with both a company and a personal account, they can share the same email and password. You will be prompted to choose the account upon login. If you’ve forgotten the password for either account, follow the reset instructions.

  6. Lost Email Access: If you no longer have access to the email used for your XTRM account and have forgotten your password, email support@xtrm.com with your old email address, new email address, and full name. We will update your account to your new email, after which you can reset your password.

Go to www.xtrm.com and click the "Login" button. Then click "Forgot Password."
