COMPANY005 — How to Locate Company Wallet IDs

Company accounts in Xtrm can maintain multiple digital wallets in any global currency, including multiple wallets denominated in the same currency (e.g., separate USD wallets for regional operations or distinct reward programs).

When submitting bulk disbursements via Mass Payment files or API transfers, specifying the exact Wallet ID ensures funds are deposited into the correct target wallet without processing delays.

Three Ways to Locate Company Wallet IDs

You can locate Wallet IDs for your own company or your contacts using any of the three methods below.

Method 1: Global Search

Use this method to quickly look up any company or individual on the platform.

1. Log in to your Xtrm Company Account at www.xtrm.com

2. Use the top Search bar to enter the company or contact name (e.g., "Payment Expert Group").

3. Select the target company from the search results.

4. Click Wallets to view all active digital wallets and their corresponding Wallet IDs.

Method 2: Contacts Menu

Use this method for existing beneficiaries, clients, or vendors. Recipients are automatically added to your Contacts list when you pay them for the first time or when they register via your branded signup page.

1. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Contacts.

2. Select either Company Contacts or Individual Contacts.

3. Click on the company or contact name.

4. Select Wallets from the account detail panel to view all associated Wallet IDs and currencies.

Tip: If a target company is not listed in your Contacts table, you can search for and add them as a contact prior to issuing a payment.

Method 3: Platform Reports

Use this method to generate or export a full list of Wallet IDs across all your company contacts.

1. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Reports.

2. Select Company Contact Accounts (or User Accounts for individual contacts).

3. In the Report Type dropdown menu, select Wallets.

4. The screen will display a full list of all contact wallets, complete with Wallet IDs, account names, and currencies. You can also filter this view by specific contact names.
