COMPANY021 - New account flow when receiving first payment (No existing account)

Companies are onboarded in several ways.

  • Self-serve registration at www.xtrm.com
  • Automatically on first payment (via API, user interface, or mass pay batch file submission)
  • Single Sign On (SSO)
  • Created via the XTRM API


When a user is paid for the first time—whether through the API, user interface, or a mass pay batch file—and they do not yet have an XTRM account, the following process occurs:


The user is automatically assigned as the Master Admin of a newly created company account.


They will receive an email notification, which includes your company's logo at the top. This logo is pulled from the one uploaded to your company account settings.

  


After setting their password, the Master Admin will be prompted to validate their new XTRM account. They will then be redirected to a confirmation screen where they must accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to complete the setup.



Next, they will be asked to configure their password, as well as select their country and region.




Once they click Continue, they will be redirected to their XTRM account dashboard. At this point, the Master Admin will have full access to the account and can begin managing company settings, adding users, and initiating transactions. They will also be able to update their profile, review transaction history, and configure any additional preferences within their account. The dashboard provides a central hub for managing all activities and ensuring the account is set up properly.
