Funding your company wallet via credit or debit card is the fastest way to add balance to your Xtrm account. This method provides near-instant availability for immediate disbursement and operational needs

Prerequisite: Your company account must be Advanced Services Approved, please refer to Advanced Services Info

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log In to Xtrm:
Access your Xtrm Company Account using your admin credentials.

2. Navigate to Card Funding:
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Fund, then select Credit or Debit Card from the dropdown options.

3. Complete Transaction:
Enter your payment card details, select the target currency wallet, enter the funding amount, and submit the payment.

Transaction Clearing & Approvals

Depending on your account history and transfer amount, card funding requests follow one of two paths:

Instant Wallet Crediting: If the transaction falls within your company's established instant limit, funds are added to your wallet balance immediately upon submission.
Pending Verification: If the transfer exceeds your instant threshold, the transaction enters a temporary Pending status for fraud prevention. Review and approval typically complete within 12 hours, after which the transaction switches to Completed and an email notification is sent to administrators.
