Overview

XTRM allows you to resend payment notification emails to recipients in the event they missed or did not receive the original email. This is particularly useful for ensuring the recipient is aware of a payment and can take the necessary steps to claim or process the funds.


When to Use This Feature

You may wish to resend a payment notification if:

  • The recipient did not receive or accidentally deleted the original email.

  • There was a delay in delivery due to email filtering or spam settings.

  • You want to provide the recipient with a reminder or updated notification link.

Steps to Resend a Payment Notification Email

Follow the steps below to resend a payment notification:


1. Log In

  • Visit xtrm.com and log in to your Company account.

2. Go to Transaction History

  • In the left-hand navigation, click on Wallet.

  • Locate the wallet from which the payment was made.

  • Click on Activity to view the transaction history.




3. Locate the Transaction

  • Use available filters (such as date range or transaction type) to find the specific payment.

  • Click Details next to the transaction to open the full transaction record.



4. Resend Notification

  • On the transaction details page, click the Resend Alert Email button.
