Overview
XTRM allows you to resend payment notification emails to recipients in the event they missed or did not receive the original email. This is particularly useful for ensuring the recipient is aware of a payment and can take the necessary steps to claim or process the funds.
When to Use This Feature
You may wish to resend a payment notification if:
The recipient did not receive or accidentally deleted the original email.
There was a delay in delivery due to email filtering or spam settings.
You want to provide the recipient with a reminder or updated notification link.
Steps to Resend a Payment Notification Email
Follow the steps below to resend a payment notification:
1. Log In
Visit xtrm.com and log in to your Company account.
2. Access Reports
- Click on Reports.
- Fill in the required fields, including the company name.
- Click on the Amount field of the relevant transaction to view the details.
3. Resend Notification
- On the Transaction Details page, click the Resend Alert Email button.
