Process Guide for Approved Company Beneficiaries

This guide outlines the essential steps and tools available to companies that have been approved as beneficiaries on the XTRM platform. Beneficiary accounts can receive payments, transfer funds, and manage users.

1. Getting Started: Company Profile Completion (IDL) & Transfer Limits

To fully activate your organization and unlock features such as high transfer limits and payout options, your company identity profile must be 100% complete (Advanced IDL – Green status).

Steps to Complete Your Company Profile, Identity Level (IDL):

  • Login to xtrm.com as Master Admin or Controller User Type
  • Select Identity on the left-hand menu and complete the three sections using the Update button until all are noted as Complete.

  • Complete all fields for the Headquarters Details.

  • Upload the identity documents.

- Government Photo Identification - to identify the account administrator through Persona (Mandatory)

- Company Tax Document- to identify the company (Mandatory for Private)

2. Receiving & Accessing Funds

Once payments are credited to your XTRM Wallet, you can transfer funds out using a variety of available methods. Below are the standard transfer options supported on the platform:

3. Creating and Managing Wallets

Our digital wallets provide visibility of all your inbound and outbound money flows making it easier for you to manage your transactions. XTRM beneficiaries can receive payments into any of the wallets. Company accounts can have multiple wallets in any currency, including numerous ones in the same currency, this provides you the ability to separate funds via budgets or customers, or partners.

4. Create Entities, Add Users & Manage Access and Permissions

XTRM is a global multi-tenant payment platform. This means your company operates under a single global (Prime) organization account, while still being able to manage separate entities for regional offices or legal subsidiaries.

This flexible structure allows each region to independently manage its users, wallets, and role-based access as needed for their local requirements.

5. Customizing Email Notifications

Choose who in your organization should receive wallet alerts, payment notifications, and system messages:

6. Looking to Send Payments?

XTRM Advanced Services is designed for companies (remitters) that want to make domestic or global payments. It is not required for receiving payments. Approval for Advanced Services is mandatory to fund wallets, send payments, and pay bills.

If your company intends to send payments, you’ll need to complete the Advanced Services Profile.
