Last updated: August 26, 2026

How to fund by bank transfer

  1. Log in to your Xtrm company account.

  2. Go to Fund → Bank Transfer in the left-hand navigation.

  3. Choose your invoice preference.

    • Yes — an electronic invoice is emailed within 24 hours to your designated finance contact, or to your Master Admin if none is set.

    • No — continue straight to the bank payment instructions.

  4. Complete the form. Select the destination wallet, enter the funding amount, and add any internal instructions.

  5. Send the funds from your bank, using the currency-specific bank details shown on screen or on your invoice.

Include your Company Wire Reference — shown at the bottom of the confirmation screen — in your bank's payment reference or memo field. Without it, matching your transfer takes considerably longer.

  1. Track the status. A Pending Credit transaction appears in your wallet immediately. Once the funds clear and are verified, the status changes to Completed and the balance becomes available for disbursement.

Alternative: Named bank accounts

For frequent, recurring, or international funding flows, consider an Xtrm Named Account:

  • Dedicated virtual IBAN or account numbers — currency-specific receiving accounts issued in your company's legal name.

  • Automatic reconciliation — partners and customers can wire directly to your business name without manual advance notification.

  • Faster inbound clearing — collect internationally without opening local bank accounts.
