Wallet-to-Bank Transfer Processing Email


When a personal account user initiates a transfer from their XTRM wallet to a linked bank account, they will receive an instant email notification confirming that their transfer request is being processed.


Key Features of the Email:

  • Transfer Status: Clearly states that “Your transfer request is processing”, so the user knows the funds are on their way.

  • Transaction Details: Includes the amount, currency, and destination bank account (partially masked for security).

  • Estimated Timing: Includes an indication of when the funds will reach the bank account.
