Purpose

To inform users that their wallet fund request has been successfully submitted and processed, ensuring transparency and confirmation of the transaction.

Trigger

The notification is triggered when a wallet fund request is:

  • Submitted by the user.

  • Successfully processed by the system or linked banking partner.

Notification Process

  • Email Confirmation

    • The wallet owner receives an email confirming the successful fund request.

    • The email typically includes:

      • Description

      • Company Name

      • Admin ID/User

      • Wallet

      • Fund Method

      • Amount

      • Currency

      • Approved Date
