The device list in your XTRM account tracks all the computers and mobile devices currently logged into your account. If you notice a device you don't recognize, you can remove it from the list to ensure that if it tries to log in again, it will have to go through the standard 2-step authentication method. Additionally, we recommend changing your password for enhanced security.
Access the Security Page:
- Click the Ellipsis (three dots) located in the top far right corner of the screen.
- Select Security from the dropdown menu.
Review Your Device List:
- On the Security page, find the section that lists all devices currently logged into your account.
- Carefully review the list of devices.
Remove Unrecognized Devices:
- If you see any devices you don't recognize, click on the device entry.
- Select the option to remove or delete the device from your account.
Change Your Password:
- For additional security, change your account password.
- Follow the prompts to create a new, strong password.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your account remains secure and that any unrecognized devices are removed promptly.
