Prepaid VISA Transfer / Virtual Promotional Prepaid Mastercard Redemption Email Notification


When a user receives a Prepaid VISA transfer or redeems a Virtual Promotional Prepaid Mastercard (USD) via XTRM, they will get an email notification confirming that their virtual card is ready for use. This email is sent from no_reply@notifications.xtrm.com and provides all necessary instructions for accessing and managing the card.


Key Features of the Email:

  • Card Availability Notification: Clearly informs the recipient that their Virtual Promotional Prepaid Mastercard has been issued and is ready for activation.

  • Sender Identification: Sent securely from XTRM using the verified address no_reply@notifications.xtrm.com to ensure authenticity.

  • Card Details: Includes masked card information for security purposes and instructions on how to activate the card.

  • Redemption Instructions: Step-by-step guidance for accessing the card, checking balances, and using it for purchases, payments, or withdrawals.

  • Company Branding (Optional): If issued as part of a corporate program or promotion, the email may include your company logo and name, pulled from your XTRM company profile.






The Redemtion Details 


1. Go to MyPrepaidCenter.com/redeem and enter code



2. Complete the online registration page, accept the cardholder agreement and e-sign agreement, and click "Activate" then you will be able to view your 16-digit card number, expiration date, security information, where your card can be used, available balance, transaction history, etc. 



3. Register for the "MyPrepaidCenter" account and add your card to your "Wallet," "Save Image" or "Add to Profile"



4. Once you have registered for "MyPrepaidCentre" account, you can request a plastic card. To do so, click on "View Details"




5. Next, click on "Request Plastic Card" and review to see if the details are accurate and click on "Send My Card."
