CONMANAGER017 - Editing a connected individuals mobile number

Note: Ensure the individual is available by phone to validate the one-time passwords in real time.

1. Search for the User in your Contacts list 

• If you are connected to this individual, an Edit link will appear to the right of their mobile number.
  
  

2. Click the Edit link to start updating their mobile number.

    Two (2) one-time passcodes (OTPs) will be sent:

• One to the new mobile phone number.
• One to the email address on file.
  
  

     Request that the individual provides you both OTPs in real time.

3. Enter both OTPs into the system, then click Submit.

When both OTPs are verified successfully, the individual's mobile number will be updated in the system.
