Overview

Signing up to receive or send payments on Xtrm is a quick, streamlined process designed to get your digital wallet up and running securely. Whether you are an individual receiving incentives/contingency rewards or a business setting up global disbursements, completing your payment registration ensures full compliance and uninterrupted transaction processing.


How Your Xtrm Account Is Created

There are two primary ways a personal account can be created:

  1. Self-Registration: You can create your own personal account directly by visiting xtrm.com and completing the registration process.

  2. Account Created by a Remitter: A secure personal account may also be created for you by the remitter (sender) of payments. This can occur via:

    • A third-party application registration.

    • Single Sign-On (SSO) through a third-party platform integrated with Xtrm.

    • A branded sign-up page provided by the third party issuing the payment.

Important Account Rule: You can have both a personal and company Xtrm account registered with the same email address. When logging in with an email that has multiple accounts, you will be prompted to choose between accounts if both accounts share the same password.

If you don't see the account selection prompt, reset your password at https://xtrm.com/forgotpassword/ and then log in again to access the choice between your company and personal accounts.
