COMPANY003 - How to Link a Bank Account

Overview

Companies with balances in their Xtrm digital wallets can transfer funds to bank accounts worldwide. Xtrm allows you to link up to 75 bank accounts and use the Transfer feature to send funds directly from your wallet to your bank.

Linking a bank account for transfers does not provide Xtrm with the ability to withdraw funds from your bank account. Linked bank accounts are used solely for transferring funds out of your Xtrm wallet.

1. Log in to Your Xtrm Account and Link Your Bank Account

Log in to your Xtrm account using the following website: Xtrm Website

• From the left-hand navigation menu, select the Banks icon.
• Click Link Bank Account.

2. Select the Transfer Type

Since you are transferring funds from your wallet to your bank account:

• Select Transfer to Bank.
• Click the Go button to continue.

3. Complete the Bank Linking Form

Complete the bank linking form to add your bank account details.

• Xtrm supports linking bank accounts in countries worldwide.
• During setup, you can select your preferred Currency from the available dropdown menu.
• The available transfer methods and fees may vary depending on the selected currency and destination country.

Once the required information has been entered, click Continue.

4.  Provide Additional Bank Information

Depending on the country selected, you may be asked to provide additional banking information specific to your region.

Examples may include:

• IBAN
• SWIFT/BIC code
• Routing number
• Branch code
• Account type

The required fields vary by country and banking system.

Please ensure all information is entered accurately to avoid delays, returned payments, or additional processing requirements.

5. Transfer Funds to Your Bank Account

Once your bank account has been successfully linked:

• Click Transfer Funds, or
• Select the Transfer icon from the left-hand navigation menu.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transfer to the newly linked bank account.

Understanding Transfer Types

After your bank account has been linked, Xtrm users will have a choice from the transfer methods available.

LV Transfer (Low Value Transfer)

• Uses local payment networks such as ACH, EFT, or SEPA.
• Transfers are typically processed as local bank transfers.
• No transfer fee applies.

HV Transfer (High Value Transfer)

• Uses international wire transfer networks.
• A transfer fee of up to $10 USD, or the local currency equivalent, may apply depending on the destination bank and currency. If linking a non local currency a $25 USD fee will apply.
