XTRM Identity Levels (IDL) and Limits Overview for Personal Accounts


XTRM accounts have 4 distinct account identity levels:

Identity level is set by the completeness of your Identity. Increased Identity Level (IDL) will increase your Transfer limits. Note, it does not affect your ability to receive payments in your wallets.


XTRM personal accounts have 4 distinct account identity levels:

Draft

Account creation initiated
Red
Email address


Basic

Increased Transfer Limits
Blue
Draft + First and last name and mobile number 

Standard

Increased Transfer Limits
Orange
Basic + DOB, SSN, complete home address 

Advanced

Highest Transfer Limits
Green
Standard + Complete the "Identity" fields


These icons are displayed in the Identity sections. Every identity field with the green checkmark (completed) or X red cross symbol (missing data) contributes to the Identity profiles completeness.
 

How to increase your account identity level. (IDL)

Go to the "Identity" section of your account and complete every field in the "Personal" and "Contact" sections with a red cross next to them.
