If you need to provide login access to local or regional employees for assistance or management of specific company functions, please follow these instructions. XTRM offers four distinct roles with customizable access levels, which include Entity Management, Payment, Edit, and View options. More Info.


Master Admin Only one master admin globally. Typically, a person with signatory authority on the XTRM financial account is often a person in finance or treasury.
ControllerManages one or multiple regions or entities- unlimited number of users
Manager Local or regional users - unlimited number of users
Standard This is the default user and most common access level - an unlimited number of users.
SuspendedUsers' access is suspended


  • If the Master Admin is Unavailable: Please contact us at support@xtrm.com.
  • If the Master Admin is Available: They can make changes directly using self-service options (see "Change Master Admin Role - Self-Serve" for more information).




How to Create an Entity and Add a New User:

1.Go to Organization and select Add New Entity. Enter the entity’s details (Region, Country, or Legal Name) and click Save.





2.  Enter the entity’s details (Region, Country, or Legal Name) and click Save.

3. Click Invite New User for users with Full Access. For Custom or Limited View access, click Continue. fill out the required fields, specifying the User Role and System Access Level.



System Access Level for Custom, View Limited, click Continue and you'll be directed to the User Access Options page  Organization, entities, users, roles, and access levels.





4. A validation email will be sent to the new user with instructions to access their account.
