BENE003 — Requesting User Access to Your Company Account

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Xtrm is a global multi-tenant payment architecture. To maintain corporate compliance, security, and unified reporting, each organization typically has one global company account worldwide, with separate, role-based logins assigned to regional managers, controllers, and team members.

If you are trying to access Xtrm and your organization already has an active account, you must request user access under that existing corporate profile rather than creating a duplicate account.

How Account Roles & Access Work

Xtrm uses granular roles and permissions to segregate access to specific currency wallets, regional entities, and platform features:

Role Term

Description

Access Level

Company Account

Your global organization account

Identified by a unique Organization ID (SPNXXXXXXXX).

Master Admin

Primary global administrator

One per global account. Manages overall corporate settings, user permissions, and wallet assignments.

Controller Users

Multi-regional / entity admins

Can manage multiple regional entities, wallets, and administrative functions.

Manager Users

Regional managers

Controls specific regional wallets, approvals, and payout functions.

Standard Users

Program or location-specific staff

Limited operational access tailored to specific wallets or tasks.

How to Request Access

Option 1: Contact Your Internal Master Admin

Reach out to your company’s Master Admin or an existing administrator (Controller/Manager) to invite your email address and grant you access to the relevant regional wallets and tools.

Option 2: Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your company accesses Xtrm via SSO, click Request Access on the login landing page. An automated request email will be sent directly to your Master Admin for approval.

Option 3: Contact Xtrm Support

If you do not know who your internal Master Admin is:

  1. Email [email protected] or contact your internal integration partner.

  2. Provide your company’s legal name and your official work email address. Support will direct your request to the listed account owner.

Corporate Onboarding & Verification Rules

  • Domain Requirement: The Master Admin must use a company domain email address (e.g., [email protected]). Generic or free domains (such as @gmail.com or @yahoo.com) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.

  • Unified Compliance: Regional offices can receive restricted access to specific currency wallets while sharing the same compliance profile, ensuring faster onboarding and simplified audit logs.
