SEND001 — Overview: Global Send Options for Companies

Xtrm enables fast, secure B2C and B2B payout disbursement worldwide. Wherever your payout instructions originate — CRM systems such as Salesforce or PRM, ERPs, or custom in-house software — payments can be submitted through the Xtrm AnyPay™ platform by API integration, mass file upload, or the web portal.
Prerequisite: Your company must be approved for Advanced Services before sending payments
1. Submission methods

2. Recipient types
Personal payments — pay individual beneficiaries globally in any currency. Recipients can hold funds in their digital wallet or cash out by their preferred method.
Company payments — transfer B2B funds directly to corporate entities, with itemized remittance details. The beneficiary company can then move funds to business bank accounts, cards, or gift cards.
Employer payments — pay a partner or vendor company while including an itemized breakdown for their individual employees, such as SPIFFs, sales incentives, or contractor distributions. The employer disburses funds into individual employee wallets.
3. Execution models
Xtrm offers two payout models, depending on whether you or the beneficiary chooses the final delivery channel.
Xtrm Choice™ (recommended) — you transfer funds into the beneficiary's Xtrm digital wallet, and the recipient chooses how and when to withdraw.
Xtrm Direct™ — you pre-determine the exact withdrawal channel, locking in the delivery method at dispatch.
